昨年末に注文していたようびの刷毛目麺鉢と年明け間もなく注文したすき焼き鍋が到着。
刷毛目が実に美しく、つい見入ってしまう。思っていたよりも軽い。
「えん」のだし茶漬けのような、たっぷりとした量のあるお茶漬けなどにもよさそう。
南部鉄のすき焼き鍋は逆にずっしり重い。早速すき焼きをしてみたけど、鉄分はしっかりとれただろうか。
