Apache の RedirectMatch でリダイレクトする先の URL に & が入ってしまっている場合に、
& が old-URI に置換される。
つまり
# Format: Redirect old-URI new-URL
RedirectMatch ^/blosxom/$ http://foobar/blosxom/R&D/barbaz/...
となっていると、
http://foobar/blosxom/RblosxomD/barbaz/...
へリダイレクトされてしまう。
& を URLencode して%26 とかしてみたけど、見当違いで、
new-URL で R\&D と書けばよいのであった。
まぁ、& なんか使わずにすますというのが幸せの秘訣である。
